His attitude is rude.said I spoke utter nonsense when I said on average rebates take between 2 to 4 weeks.sometimes longer.
it is utter nonsense tho and many people confirmed you was wrong, it's not right to mislead people because you think it's right, as for the other fella I simply asked some questions, I'm sorry but it seams as if you don't know what your talking about, maybe your past was paper tax returns, but online is a completely different affair, I am trying to give the best information to my knowledge and correct anyone wrong if I can, so everyone knows what's going on, we don't need to be told false information, then told I'm rude because I'm blunt and to the point.0 -
I'm not putting a downer on anything but if I am right the website doesn't up date until Tuesday , which is crazy as Monday is a working day. I'm at my wits end with it. I always rely on my rebate as have done it for years & never waited longer the 5/6 days. The helpline is a joke, they don't know anything they just read guidelines. I'm really !!!!ed off, but glad there's a few off us who can keep each other informed of updates etc. fingers crossed people
Yes you are right, but if you read the hole thread you would have seen it because this was already established that the website is a working day behind but,
the theory is issued today
changes Tuesday
clears Wednesday0 -

No you didn't. This comment was totally unnecessary.swift_riddla_1990 wrote: »22.57 really? Did you work just one Day or something? why you mentioned your mortgage is beyond me.
The fact that you didn't understand that the mortgage part was in the signature as opposed to the actual message shows your "newbieness" on the forum.
Why did you feel the need to question the size of the rebate?swift_riddla_1990 wrote: »I am trying to give the best information to my knowledge and correct anyone wrong if I can, so everyone knows what's going on, we don't need to be told false information, then told I'm rude because I'm blunt and to the point.
There's a way of doing that which will help people and a way which comes across as unhelpful and rude. Your method falls into the latter category.0 -
Was made redundant in July last year and overtaxed by £12,000. Filed a P50 and was told I would have to wait to submit a tax return to get a repayment.
Did my repayment on April 6. Still stuck on repayment pending. I hadn't bothered to contact HMRC having read everybody else's experience in this thread but today I have emailed them saying that I'm facing significant hardship because I'm trying to get a business established.
It really is pretty unsatisfactory.0 -

I have never said I am not new to this forum, yet tax rebates I have done okjne for the last five years no problems, because your rebate is so small it doesn't seam to be worth worrying about, when 95% of people a waiting on a few grand if not more, stop wasting space with this tedious playground malarkey.
Still pending but date as of 17th, but like bradztheman said, Tuesday it should change.0 -
