After reading these posts kinda worried now as it says
Pending - Bank Repayment Pending (did mine on 6th)
When I click on request a repayment it says there are no amounts available for repayment
Its my first SA so at a loss, the call centre told me mine is under security checks but what worries me most is that I cant even request a repayment? We’ve had to remove your signature. Wondering if anyone can help me, I filed mine on the 14th, I go into request a payment and it says there is nothing available, but if I got to repayments it comes up with an amount and then bank repayment pending. This is my first sa I have done so am wondering if this is correct or not. Thanks in advance.0

Don't worry-if you put your bank details etc. in your return, you shouldn't have to request payment.
If it says bank repayment pending then it means they are already processing the payment-but it could be several weeks before you actually see the money.
I didn't have to request mine either, though I am still waiting for mine to be paid.
Last year it took 2 weeks for mine, so if it is the same this year then I should get paid on Monday, though I have a feeling it will be longer.0 -
I'm not putting a downer on anything but if I am right the website doesn't up date until Tuesday , which is crazy as Monday is a working day. I'm at my wits end with it. I always rely on my rebate as have done it for years & never waited longer the 5/6 days. The helpline is a joke, they don't know anything they just read guidelines. I'm really !!!!ed off, but glad there's a few off us who can keep each other informed of updates etc. fingers crossed people0

Thanks a lot for this, was worried as a lot of people on here saying they had to request a repayment, yet I didn't. Could do with it asap but have a feeling as I did mine a lot later I wont be getting mine this week.0 -
