I got a parking ticket this weekend from Smart Parking. I will send my appeal letter off on Monday, I expect it to be cancelled within 7 days. I will come back only to confirm, which is why I have not started a new thread as I do not need any advice.

I have received a parking notice from smartparking today , I went into Asda on impulse to buy a few things , didn't have my purse with me came out attendant at the car had issued a ticket he seen my trolley of goods but wouldn't withdraw it . Shall I call manager and explain ..0

I've been given advice off a friend to ignore it though is this ok. To do or wil I loose in the end ,, also on citizens advice page it states that the fine should really cover the cost of the loss to theand owner I.e Asda so me being there for half an hour hasn't cost them £40 losses has it .. Really confused0
