had a mooch around our city centre with the girls today. Cheap option, browsing the window displays. Experiencing the last of the Christmas lights etc.

Good luck with it, I'm doing really badly. Still have loads of Christmas food in. For example lunch today consisted of Christmas pudding for dessert. I've been having Cadbury miniature heroes with every cup of tea. Think I'll wait til Mon when I'm back at work.

I dread to think how much I've spent in the cafe, I'm not one for takeaways as I honestly never enjoy them. I don't mind a Chinese but they are soooo expensive and the pizza, burger type takeaways make me feel sick.

  • We've got a bit of chocolate left, but I've bagged it up for the food bank rather than open it.

I always think best to eat all the chocolate asap to get it out of temptation's way :D

It's terrible isn't it. I'm amazed I've only put on a couple of pounds to be honest the amount of rubbish I've eaten this last fortnight.
