    means nothing.

You make up your own mind about a creditor on the info available to you.

Do you want someone with CCJ etc

Someone with 1, 2 or 3 late payments etc

The scores are a made up number, creditors do not even see these scores, they see the file and info on it, so make up their mind on that info.

According to the letting agent presumably?
    What does that mean?
Surely a question for the letting agent?

as said the score means nothing, you can have defaults, late payments and been bankrupt and still get a top score, you need to ask to see all the info they have on the credit check, not the score, then make up your mind from that info.

Various things, use a credit card and pay it off each month, keep your bank account/s in positive. Register on the electoral roll.

Haha that's not what they are asking at all.

They want to know how they can obtain their tenants credit report, not how they can improve their own credit rating lol.
