Well I admit until the lawn, painting and borders are done, it doesn't look that much better. :). I'll take some pictures once the kitchen and hallway are finished!

Congratrulations! You've done a super job.

It's not what I'd choose for myself, but when selling, people should consider what most others would want.

Omg, so much better! You've done a lovely job.

(I have young kids and have just moved house - anywhere with a pond / swimming pool / river at the bottom of the garden didn't even get looked at.)

I thought we'd make a good duck-pond demanding duo, Lannie and me ...

But even I would have to be quackers to think the second photo not a huge improvement. Well done, and let's hope for quick success

Cheers, and thanks for the advice. :)

It's amazing what a few hours digging and a lick of paint can do.

Wow, you've done a great job! That'll be so much easier to sell now, not just the pond but the painting and the general tidying up too. Well done!

Cracking job, makes the garden look so much bigger now too.

The shed's looking the part too... and good of your neighbours to keep their cars in the same place for before and after ;)

wow I can't believe the difference it made!

It actually looks like an inviting place to have a picnic on a summers day and a safe placed for young children to play.
