    excellent find!
I think it's the cheapest as it will be about 7-8 pounds per month for my usage!
For the usage you originally stated, more like £6 monthly. Maybe you can add a second bundle, 99p for 30days' 33mins, 33 texts and 33Mb data.

Always assuming that you can get a decent EE 3G signal in your required area, as that's the network they run on. The cheapest tariff is of no consequence if you have no signal...
However, Delight also works on 2G, an advantage over Three with its similar 3-2-1 rates.

is there something like that at a company with O2 network? or what's the cheapest I can get at a company that uses O2 network? or Vodafone (it has excellent signal in my area)

Giffgaff and Lycamobile run on O2, Lebara Mobile on Vodaphone, for example, but not with the cheap simplicity of Delight. You can order a free sim from EE to check for data connection (but not quality) in your location, without topping up. The delight sim does not connect to data until you first top it up (at least mine doesn't), minimum £5 which gives a bit of free data already - might be worth a try.
