Just wanted to ask if anyone else has had problems getting the service they paid for from Elite Singles .
Elite are the most expensive dating site and they guarantee between 3 and 5 profiles per day , which is precious few for the money they charge . Even so , I chose them because they advertised a superior service .
At the beginning of my 3 month subscription I generally got the minimum 3 profiles each day , but for the past few weeks I have frequently been receiving 2 , 1 , or 0 (none at all).
This is obviously a breach of the contract between Elite and myself , but as they have my money I don't feel in a very strong position to negotiate with them .
I email their customer care department every day to complain about their short fall , but so far they have neither improved their service nor sought to compensate me in any way .
I have cancelled my membership renewal and have another week's membership left .
If anyone else has had similar problems , I feel that they should be publically shamed for their shoddy service and , if anyone knows how I can get my money back from them I would be delighted !!

Have you tried complaining on their FB or Twitter accounts?0

Maybe you're just... not compatible with the profiles they have available?0

Are they trying to mislead by suggesting they get 18,000 members each week? There also seems to be a shortage of men..Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0 -

Aye.. I can't imagine that, of the people who pay for Elite Singles, there is a large subset who are classified as "compatible" or even vaguely "compatible". It is only a matter of time before 3-7 a day turns into 0-2 a day by virtue of the pool slowly evaporating!
Also, checking their website I have located the 3-7 a day comment but it looks like it is part of their blurb. Upon closer inspection, it looks like they do not mention this 3-7 per day profile thing (although it might be under a different set of T's and C's which are present when about to pay). The only relevant thing relates to "Guaranteed Contact" for people who take out 6-12 month contracts, which is not applicable to OP on his 3 month one.
I love the blurb which says "Our members are predominantly affluent, educated men and women between the ages of 30 and 55" - may explain why OP is happy enough to pay for a dating website when you could alternatively spend the money on taking some girl out at work (initially as friends) which could open up many doors. Affluent? Yes probably. Educated? Yikes! haha0 -
What if they don't have that number of people to match you with ? How on earth can they guarantee it ? Complaining to them makes you sound a bit desperate !0

Ha ha. When I saw the thread title, I was expecting a complaint about - Not fit for purpose/ Not as described or what rights do I have to return after 14 days - something along those lines . . .:)0 -

Surely that should state:
"What if they don't have that number of people to match you with ? why on earth do they guarantee it ?"
Why do you consider it "a bit desperate" to expect a company to provide the service that was promised and paid for?0
