Glad it feels better PN
Sometimes one can get something like a fragment of, say breadcrust lodged in the tongue and it feels as if an ulcer's started, then later it finds its way out again and all's fine.

Thanks for the Aldi reminder PN
I was after some free weights, and as luck would have it your link reminded me that they were in the SuperSpecials this week.
A tip for NPs. DONT try to carry the kettlebells around with you. I looked like an idiot, struggling with the bits and pieces! Get a trolley0 -

I looked at it, but I think parting with £40 would make me more sad than the gloomy days/weather
Going out in daylight, even overcast days, has the same effect and costs nothing. However, if you are not doing that, you might find that the SAD light pays for itself in increased productivity. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

If someone spat at my child at school, we'd be moving schools. Fast!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I don't think they should hit OR spit. I think they should go and ask for a health check and explain why.0 -

Needs to be sorted out... moving them wouldn't do that.
Re spitting/hitting. Hitting isn't an answer either.
Need to grass them up and get them dealt with, so they might start to know they can't get away with it.
Aka get that nasty 'cough' dealt with.0
