And I thought the normal dodgy hug was bad....

You click on forums from the main site, and there should be a red login button.

On the dodgy browser at my work there is no link to the forums from the MSE home page (the red button is missing) so you have to get there by going directly to forums.moneysavingexpert.com

Life is so much like hard work, if only I didn't have to go to work I would be able to fit everything in.
    I think....

That is what I did on my phone to get here.

Ouch PN! Corsodyl gel works well to heal ulcers quickly, but it's not cheap. I find Zinc tablets are good too, but you may not have a "health" shop nearby. (Thinking Holland & Barrett or similar)

GDB, would a SAD lamp help?

I make a salt water solution and gargle with it if I get a mouth ulcer. Cheap as chips and readily available ingredients.

As with all salty things... the trick is of course to spit, not swallow..
Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

There's something in Aldi tomorrow at £40.
    https://www.aldi.co.uk/en/specialbuys/thur-7-jan/product-detail/ps/p/sad-therapy-light/

I looked at it, but I think parting with £40 would make me more sad than the gloomy days/weather :(

I've got a £25 lava lamp in my office, which also seems to double as a heater :money:

It's not that bad, but I find it therapeutic.

Reminds me of a previous PA.

Pretty, but a bit dim...
