    I have the worst hangover.

It is so bad, I have ordered a pizza delivery. The devil's food.

I have not left my bed.

Pizza delivered to your bed, the height of pampering.

Which Pizza delivery company offers this service?

Apparently you can get special delivery options if you purchase an extra hot 12 inch :)

Minimum order was £10.99. Got 33% off. Not sure if you have to spend £10.99 in total after discount.

I ordered one humungous pizza with chilli and sour cream dips. Oh, and Tango. I gave up fizzy drinks a year ago.

The last few yards were run by a large child. I didn't ask for the bedside service.

I feel so much better. No doubt I'll have stomach cramps soon, but I'm as happy as anything right now. I deserve a nap.

Most delivery companies I know don't deliver what you've ordered, and then try to fob you off when it's asked to be corrected.

Must be lucky on that one!

I'm splashing out tonight... takeaway pizza from a local restaurant inspired by the Amex small shops incentive. Having a glass of red whilst I wait to get it to a tenner (and to keep me company).
Being naughty and have cancelled another plan so I can stay in and watch Strictly. And hopefully finally decorate my poor neglected Christmas tree.

Amex / other offers: I find myself paying for a bag (5p) in shops to get from 9.99 to over £10 etc

I have a stash of bags for life in the boot of both cars, plus a carrying case (like a collapsable box, but from waterproof fabric) in mine.

Saves me the need to pay the taxa verde :)

I very rarely spend less than £10 on my card anyway, as I usually have a stash of cash for smaller purchases.

I'd rather spend a little more and get something else. I've got enough bags at home that I think my net worth increased significantly when the charge came in. It would pain me to pay for a bag.

From the welsh experience (they have been paying for bags for years), there is a resistance to pay that lasts for a few months, after which everyone just accepts it.
