How much to sell my collection of over 100 TY Beanie Babies for?

I have around 103 TY Beanie Babies from my youth. All have their tags on them and are in perfect condition. I don't know any local places that may buy them so was just thinking of putting them on my local Gumtree, local Sunday market car boot sale or sell and buy sites to see if anyone wanted them maybe for the kids or maybe they still collect them. Just wondering how much I should roughly sell them for.

My daughter also has hundreds of TY Beanies Bears and a few years ago they where worth a fortune, and getting the valuable one's was a challenge. She has Beanies from all over the world as when anyone friends/family we knew went to a different part of the world we always asked them to see if they could get a rare one.
They are not worth anything now I have seen them sell at car boots for 99pence or less how sad is that.
My advise is to keep them for another 10-15 years and they may be worth a few more pennies. But e-bayers sell them all the time. Have a look on e-bay to see what they are selling for.0 -
try searching for them on ebay and see what their individual value is?Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

My understanding is that some are worth significantly more than others.
Therefore, it us not going to be possible to attempt to give you a figure. As has been suggested, search completed items on ebay to give you an idea.0 -
Have a look on Amazon too. You can do a high to low search, there are a few listed at over £2000, whether they ever sell is another matter but they are there..0

I used to sell Beanie Babies and at their peak some were going for rediculous amounts. Even Britannia bear which used to sell for £100, is now on EBay for 99p
If I ever do a car boot, I take some and sell them for 50p each, and even then it is slow.
We hired a skip recently for some building work, and I ended up throwing some brand new ones in there to get rid of them. You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -

That said they're quite nice and maybe kids can actually enjoy playing with them now rather than their parents keeping them in boxes so they can earn a few quid on them. I've never seen the point of someone paying ten grand for a teddy bear that gets put in a glass cage and no one ever cuddles.
I'm either getting old or I watch too much Toy Story:D.0 -
I was thinking of trying to sell them as a bundle for maybe £40 or 50. Would that be an ok price?0

No harm in trying, it is free to list on Gumtree but just remember that it is a face to face venue so watch for any request to,post that make you uncomfortable.
I still have a few beanies left, I sold a few at 3 for a pound at a car boot and then donated the ones that didn't sell to a charity shop. We have bags of them in the loft. I think the girls are just going to save them for their own children now rather than sell them for pennies.
We were only discussing this morning how my eldest girl sold her pristine Barbie dolls at a boot sale and used the proceeds to buy overpriced Beanies."'Cause it's a bittersweet symphony, this life

Try cash converters. Our local one had a load at £3 each yesterday (I laughed) so perhaps they haven't yet realised they are virtually worthless and might give you a reasonable price.0
