    Well I've just been BOSCHED
    Bought 23/01/14 fitted 08/02/15
BOSCHED 19/04/15 (broken) heating element not working due to FLASHING letter H telling me after running program test Bosch very unhelpful.Currys very unhelpful (not Grantham Currys)
Requested replacement but an engineer needs to look at it from 9-4 Mon-Fri unable to accommodate due to work commitments.was asked to ask a neighbour to be present with engineer when visits. Protection plan doesn't cover you if you fit dishwasher and it would cost you £100 to have an engineer to check it out. Weekend engineer they can arrange but that's 23/5/15.It would mean no use of a dishwasher for 5 weeks. Informed them of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 that a customer can request a replacement and not a repair to which Currys informed me that it doesn't say that. To which I replied I think you need to read it and when you do get back in touch with me. So sending a video by email of dishwasher tonight hopefully get an answer otherwise I'm dumping it. At the homes of either the Boss of Currys or BOSCHED UK. So if you know someone who knows these guys maybes they can help. In fact I thought bosch was a good make that's why I wanted a bosch dishwasher and washing machine but would like to get rid of both from my home.

I got rid of my Siemens dishwasher after 16 years and no problems. Then it broke cost £250 to fix. Bosch brand new £379 two months old and broken element. Oh I wish I had £250 to fix my Siemens.

I'm in absolute awe of my new Beko. I keep hitting the "keep going until it's all clean" button and it's getting everything spotless within 60mins :))
