Bosch for dishwashers, Miele for clothes washers.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

I have had Siemens, which are similar to Bosch, I was thinking of giving Hotpoint a chance as this protects British jobs. I cannot see any positive reviews anywhere for Hotpoint. Budget ?

Miele, ours is 11 years old and still works as well as the first wash. The beauty of ours is it has a third shelf which is for the cutlery, freeing up the normal box type holder on the lower shelf.0

We have a Hotpoint at work it's awful.
We have a Miele which was on offer. Otherwise would have gone for a Bosch.0 -
Hot point is owned by Indesit, so are Italian.
Miele dishwashers are vastly superior to Bosch, Neff or Siemens.0 -
And Indesit is owned by Whirlpool, which is American!CKdesigner wrote: »Hot point is owned by Indesit, so are Italian.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0 -

I'm no expert on the bottom end of the appliance marked, but I don't think you are right. Whirlpool doesn't have anything to do with the Indesit Group. Indesit Group is owned by one of the Merloni brothers I believe and the other Merloni brother owns the Candy Hoover group. But as I say I'm not an expert on this end of the market.0
