Just to be pedantic, I sent a JOIN 0208xxxnnnn text to 60005 at 00:15, today, 16th April, and got this back:


"(Free MSG) Thanks for your text, but EE Power launches on Thursday 16th April! Text us then for your Power Bar code. We haven't charged you for this message."


This is why I never queue in line to be first for the sales.
Who needs to have the first iPhone, or the first PS4.

Same here, it looks like EE has got wrong date on their system.

Seems EE's day starts late, I sent the text at 3:30am and was told it wasn't the 16th yet.

Nice little offer but I have just sent a text and got a reply saying "Thanks for your text but EE Power launches on Thursday 16th April. Text us then" I think I was up early and beat them into the office - will try again later.
