Vinci issues the ticket but ZZPS expressly state in Their letter that they have obtained my details!!0 -
ok , write to the DVLA and the BPA about companies they have no control or authority over , or read more carefully
ZZPS acting as agents of vinci are saying they have obtained your info etc etc
