Thanks for the advice.

I have also found that ZZPS Used to be Roxburghe who went bust. Interesting to see that ZZPS are in the same office that Roxburghe were in and are run by the same people.

Surely if Roxburghe were broke then they would have owed people (Like Vinci and the BPA) money so why are these people still working with ZZPS.

This seems fishy to me!!

were roxburghe a member of the BPA? ,if they were , then they owe the BPA a mths "rent" they owed nothing to any PPCs as they were only collecting money

So if Roxburghe owed money - is it likely that they owed the DVLA money too - as the letter that I received says that they have got my name and address from the DVLA.

Surely if ZZPS are linked with the DVLA then they must carry out some sort of tests prior to letting firms join.

If the director of ZZPS wound down Roxburghe then surely he would not be a 'Fit and Proper' person and should not be allowed to get keeper Details for his new business!

who got your info from the DVLA , NO IT WAS NOT ZZPS it was the parking company.


as the parking company cannot string two words together , who did they use to threaten you , a clue starts with ZZ ,


Roxburghe (not sure) but ZZPS do not have the authority to get your info from the DVLA

Okay I see so basically although ZZPS Said in their letter that they had obtained my details, in fact it was Vinci? Is this not misrepresentation then by ZZPS?

I do appreciate your help btw mate. All this is new to me, but the more I read about ZZPS it just all seems like a big scam

No I didn't miss that but ZZPS letter clearly states that they have obtained my details......
