Make an appointment with CAB.

I am guessing by your broken English that English is not your first language.
Whilst I some what sympathise with you, ignorance is not a defence in this case.
I understand that you were a broken man once your former partner cheated on you however you had a very long time to get over this and inform all the relevant parties.
Would you really believe any thing your partner said to you even after cheating on you.
I certainly wouldn’t.
The reason I am asking if your first language is English is because you may be able to seek cheap or free legal advice from your own community to help you with this situation.

I was stupid and naive to believe her. Now I will have to pay for it. Until yesterday I was 100% sure that HB claim was in both names so didn't see anything wrong in this because she still lives at this same address.
You are right, my english is not a first language.0 -
In honesty a tribunal is unlikeky to succeed. Simply because the overpayment has been caused by changes not being reported.
Have they invited you to attend an interview under caution about the overpayment.0 -

No, I have not received anything from them apart letter saying that there is overpayment which I have to pay back.0 -
Let's say that Tribunal won't change the decision. How quickly I will have to pay the whole amount ?0
