    Make an appointment with CAB.
    They'll advise you.

Take copies of all correspondence you have with you.

Or, just as Poppie has suggested :D

I am guessing by your broken English that English is not your first language.
Whilst I some what sympathise with you, ignorance is not a defence in this case.
I understand that you were a broken man once your former partner cheated on you however you had a very long time to get over this and inform all the relevant parties.
Would you really believe any thing your partner said to you even after cheating on you.
    I certainly wouldn’t.
The reason I am asking if your first language is English is because you may be able to seek cheap or free legal advice from your own community to help you with this situation.
    Best of luck

I was stupid and naive to believe her. Now I will have to pay for it. Until yesterday I was 100% sure that HB claim was in both names so didn't see anything wrong in this because she still lives at this same address.
You are right, my english is not a first language.

In honesty a tribunal is unlikeky to succeed. Simply because the overpayment has been caused by changes not being reported.
Have they invited you to attend an interview under caution about the overpayment.

No, I have not received anything from them apart letter saying that there is overpayment which I have to pay back.

Let's say that Tribunal won't change the decision. How quickly I will have to pay the whole amount ?
