is it worth appealing to IAS at this stage or just leave it and wait0

Two different school's of thought, but you do need to make up your own mind on this.
I would read the most recently (last few days) amended NEWBIES FAQ sticky by Coupon-mad, who really is one of the country's foremost campaigners on the PPC/PCN front. Her advice is always well founded and trustworthy.
So read the sticky and draw your own conclusions. The IAS is heavily stacked in favour of the PPC.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

as with the good advice above, I would concur as to the IPA being a pointless move....... this now looks as to becoming the forum standard advice.
However " advice about not using the IAS because I can't see why anyone would, except in rare cases with an astonishingly obviously winning argument" [a short extract from the newbie thread] could / may be open to interpretation......
There was a winning appeal against VCS on signage at one of the airports, this coupled with the excellent blog that Parking Prankster wrote on airport signage,
http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co...ignage-at.html
makes me personally wonder if such cases should be taken to the IPA so as to further prove the inconsistency of the appeals?
This is just my opinion as this present point in time, and not the forum standard advice , so you need to read up and then make your own decision
good luck

Well as most said both of my appeals got rejected.
What is the next best steps to take ? or is it a sit back and wait ?
Thanks again to everyone for all your input and help

What were the reasons for rejection? Did skippy conclude it is possible to form a contract even though there are too many words to possibly read at 30mph?Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0

IMO, you shouls always appeal an IPC member invoice. If you win you win, and even if you lose you win, an IAS decision is worth but an eggcup full of lukewarm urine, Read this from The Prking Pranster's blog
The IPC appeals service is staffed by baristas hand picked by Gladstones directors. The IPC produces decisions which are directly opposite to those taken by the courts and also by other appeals services such as POPLA. .
It would be a brave PPC who risked letting a judge see an unsigned IAS decision. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
