Confidentiality agreement my a**e. It takes two to conclude an agreement!
Upload the document to some free file-sharing site and post a link to it. If you haven't got enough posts to post links here, change "http" to "hxxp" and then someone will re-post it fixed.
You might also drop a line to the IAS stating that you decline their offered confidentiality agreement and pointing out that they cannot impose this on you either unilaterally or retrospectively.Je suis Charlie.0 -
The contractual offer is that driver's are not permitted to stop, but if they choose to then they agree to pay the Parking Charge.
So what is it that belongs to the driver that is not permitted to stop?
I suspect one of the reasons for attempting confidentiality is that the IPC don't want anybody to see the standard of English being used.
Do they really expect people to believe that a qualified barrister would make that sort of grammatical error?0 -

The BPA code of practice I notice not the IPC!
So I would say that any VCS charges issued are completely invalid since they joined the IPC.REVENGE IS A DISH BETTER SERVED COLD0 -
Well if they are required to operate in accordance with the BPA CoP then they must offer PoPLA. No PoPLA = no authority.Je suis Charlie.0

Notice also that this agreement expired last week - 07 July 2015....
And later: "The Operator is authorised to issue a parking charge notice for breach of any of the terms and conditions referred to above". So VCS are not actually authorised to issue PCNs for any sort of contractual arrangement they think might exist... Doesn't that rather scupper their business model at the airport?
