If it goes tits up for them tomorrow , will they "actually" be expelled from there ATA ?
is it the company name , or the directors that are struck off ?
can the directors be banned from running other companies?
how many other companies have they registered with ATAs
any live feeds from the court?

That's up to the ATA.

The company can be issued a winding-up order, and the persons banned from holding director positions in other companies.
can the directors be banned from running other companies?
Yes, at the court's behest. Not sure if a Scottish ruling would apply to the rest of the UK though.

No idea.
any live feeds from the court?
Not unless someone is there with their mobile to give a Twitter feed.0 -
When OPC were convicted a Wolverhampton a couple of years ago nothing happened to them regarding the BPA Ltd. They are still members of that august institution. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Pol Pot would be welcomed as a member of the BPA Ltd.
He'd be made chairman of the IPC.Je Suis Cecil.0 -

You are joking, right? The Bullsh|t Purveyors' Association already happily harbours convicted criminals among its membership, what's one more?enfield_freddy wrote: »is it the company name , or the directors that are struck off ?
The two individuals who really run the company could be subject to criminal charges, but only if the prosecutor in Scotland has sufficient evidence that they are the "controlling minds and wills" behind the company. They have certainly been tipped off as to their identities.enfield_freddy wrote: »can the directors be banned from running other companies?

The stooge is a director of 140 companies. Can't be bothered to look through them all. So what anyway? Being a criminal is no obstacle to being an ATA member.enfield_freddy wrote: »any live feeds from the court?
Not a chance. It's hardly the trial of Oscar Pistorious!Je suis Charlie.0 -

I take it you don't know where Aberdeen is ?"The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0 -

Go on, you work for CEL don't you ?
Why would anyone not directly involved in the case bother to pay to get to Aberdeen ( from Brighton in my case ) when the details will be freely available a little later ? Typical PPC economic thinking from you there !"The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0
