Can't find Wakefield on the court lists? Are you sure or is it Doncaster?

dropped by VCS the week before the hearing
  • great news that VCS dropped the case before hearing. I am preparing my formal response to LBC. Several letters have bounced between me and VCS. I would be interested to learn what rhubarbtriangle based your appeal on, as I received a PCN for apparent stopping at Liverpool Airport. Regards JL.

    1) If you were not the driver, then the ntk is not compliant
    2) No contract can be entered as the font is too small and the words too many to read. Check the prankster link give earlier.

I would not bother with anything else

I would also make a without prejudice save to costs offer of £1 to cover your back as Ransomes Park v Anderson will apply, and a trespass will have occurred. In such cases a nominal damages of £1 is usually payable to the land occupier. Making this offer will hopefully save you from their costs and make them liable for yours, if the judge rules a trespass occurred.
