@OP - have you posted on PePiPoo yet? You're more likely to catch the likes of Bargepole, Salmosalaris, Emanresu (who are all knowledgable at this level) over there.

VCS are playing a dangerous game here. If a court decides Byelaws apply then even the IPC may struggle to refuse appeals on that point.0
