    Morning all.
Just had a new one on me, called EE about something, and in the queue I was offered a 'fast track' queue for 50p. So they can charge me 50p to answer my calls quicker.....and what happens if everyone selects the fast track? As it was, my call was answered in under a minute anyway.

MHOC - Not a cruise this one, well sort of, its just the P&O ferry from Hull, with a self booked hotel. Cheap as chips that ferry, so always good for a few nights away, but it is grubby compared to a cruise ship.

David. - David, dont know what your slabs are like, but if they are concrete made to look like stone, as a lot of the ones in B&Q and the likes are, there is a factory in Coxhoe that make them and supply to various garden centres, but they also sell direct and are a hell of a saving on getting them from a garden centre.

Ah right is that the one near the new housing estate just off the main st with a sign up saying noisy Its these ones they are only £20 sq m on ebay from the makers if you buy lots but wickes and everywhere else £40

I was wondering that as I typed it, but then I've always been a good girl and believed a man in uniform! I was in a smokeless zone so I think that was an issue

I'm in a smokeless zone too but it's only for your in house fires... Ie smokeless coal etc. Garden bonfires are a whole different thing apparently... As Ironic as it may seem

Hello afternoon everyone- im back from my short break to Majorca with DH and 14 year old teenage monster (grandson). Had a fairly stress free time, we were going to teat ourselves and eat out but.... RTC fresh meat put paid to that, I couldn't resist and bought enough meat for 6days, together with RTC veg for stir fry but full priced strawberries:eek:
DH done some wombling and found 1 euro in a trolley:)
14 year old monster had a bet on the grand national as we always have done for many years - he only picked the winner out and won £125 he only had £2.50 ew on it so he was happy:j planning to put the money towards a ps4:(:(
At Palma airport yesterday DH ordered from B.King a bbq rib burger advertised for 5.50 euro but was charge 3.50 euro - 'glitch'
Stopped at T on the way home for BNI and small pp after buying 2 Kormas realised they were dated 12th went CC who exchanged them for 2 different curries I had my pp and apology but I think an email to cc is called for??
:j:j:j DIL was kept in St Thomas hospital in London after being at work all day and went just to drop of a sample (38 weeks pregnant) due to leave work the following day. Everything was fine she had diabetes that one can get with pregnancy, and high blood pressure. :jLast night she gave birth to a perfect little boy, my 2nd grandson:j
Weighing in at 6lbs 7 oz was a good weight considering he was nearly 2 weeks early and DIL is Pilipino (but brought up in London/devon for most of her life)so she is tiny, DS is white British and nearly 6 foot. I cant wait to visit at the weekend :) so lots of trips down to London for me- Ill have to check out the local As whilst there;)
Now to go and catch up and see what I have missed- any good offers or glitches around at the moment?
    coffee any one?:coffee:

Congratulations to you and your family

    Morning online friends,

Long time no see. Hope everyone is keeping well.

I am on the verge of a breakdown thanks to the nasty neighbours. Why oh why oh why do they think it's normal to slam doors continuously all day every day. My nerves are so frayed and I have not had any proper sleep in such a long time, I have no idea if I am coming or going. Please can someone come and sort them out once and for all? BUBBS? TWEETS? QOC? Someone, please!

Anyway, went to BOOTS yesterday and there are shed loads of items on clearance/reduced to clear. I don't have the prices in my mind, but the products included TED BAKER / SANCTUARY / BURTS BEES minis and full sized products. Apparently, they are 75% off and some even have free gifts with a certain spend. For example, spend £10 on Sanctuary and get a free gift. Other items included NOURKRIN tablets for hair maintenance, loads of varieties of condoms, INHIBITIF products, various haircare minis including TONI + GUY, MARK HILL. GILLETTE razors are also on clearance, I think they have new packaging coming out. Some SUN TAN lotions also on clearance.

Most of the above items were on their normal shelves, but there was also a huge CLEARANCE stand too towards the back of the store. There were also loads of kid toys on clearance and some kids clothes also.

Anything happening at Asda APG wise to cheer me up?

    Have a good day all.

    MIMI

I will gather up the troops from here , slimming world and the alphabettys and we will make your neighbours walk out :D

On a serious note cant you do anything about it ? Thought you would being in job you are.

Hugs for mimi from me and Poppy :grouphug:
