Thanks I have to fill tank tomorrow so will keep this in mind while comparing local fuel prices. Not going to get caught having to by fuel at South Mimns again:mad:

Beautiful day today. Physio this morning but don't need to see anyone else until consultant in 6 weeks time.
Stupid fact. Not sure about other health care providers but ours are not allowed to reasign crutches. Was told might as well take them as are thrown away otherwise. They are not allowed to send abroad or give to charities:mad:
I was really shocked but will be really useful to have a second pair.

I broke my toes last week. I went to my local Red Cross to borrow crutches for a donation, they do take in second hand equipment. The crutches have been a godsend, especially last week.

Just re checked my apg, all looks the same to me. Updated prices on Mullers, but apart from that it seems no different.
