Seems to be this is happening to several people for similar reasons, quite a few have said about letters/emails about a zero or negative balance and requesting payment. I think it's only a matter of time before SADA alter the T&Cs or pull the plug entirely.

I've only done 6 c&c/hd shops and out of those 3 were glitchy ones. I then used the APGs to get 'normal' shopping, my reasoning is that I don't want to lose the APG so buy things I need/use.
I was speaking to DS about this and he commented that it was better to get the instore ones because then they couldn't really take them off you so might just stick with them in future and only do the rare c&c/hd glitch.
    That's my line anyway :p

Thats a good idea, I think.maybe as catching on.i dont do cc or hd as I dont wanthuge orders and I like to visit the store , like your ds sed, cant take them off you and can check there and then.i bought bold yesterday and dont think I lost much as was rtc in shop at £6.50 versus t at £5 sostil got bold for£1.65 off, made it work out at£4.85 which I was ok with.picked up 3 wombles on way home, totally £4.04 so bold was nearly free anyway.went through a manned c/o with a nasty woman.spent £28 and gave her my apg for nearly a tenner and she asked if I wanted receipt back, sed yes, cos was card receipt for my records...so she scribbled all over it , which they never do at the ss tills.i dont reuse them btw,,, but couldnt read the details wen she had finished.she glared at me asthough I had robbed her personally:eek:nearly sed it was as fault and they should check their prices, but just smiled pointly, wished her a good afternoon and walked away.:D
People bring great joy into our lives..some by arriving, others by leaving.im trying to be one of the former, so please bear with :)
