When this happened to me they would not believe they gave me the evouchers. Mentioned fraud a few times. I couldn't prove anything as was locked out of my account. An email to head office in the end and I was actually able to get the point across that I had done nothing wrong. Call centre was beyond frustrating. Hth
Just to add I hadn't done many orders.
xx

I must admit that before Christmas I had about £50 worth of Apg's online and after today's shop I should have around £38 back. I've done around 3 shops a month, keeping under £100 mark but I've paid between £5 to £30 in cash also per shop.
Depending on what transpires on your phone call I might rethink my strategy?
4 shop in 6 weeks, always paid cash plus evouchers for the last 3 shops. They have said its due voucher abuse and they have supended my account too, even though it is a different address (his mums) OH doenst want to take it any further, so did ok out of it for a couple of weeksI, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

Good afternoon, if you put a bold "B" that's above the box your writing in before and after the word or words you want in bold and leave one b before and one after with its brackets , I am probably making it worse :rotfl:The person who never makes a mistake never learns anything.0 -

Seems to be this is happening to several people for similar reasons, quite a few have said about letters/emails about a zero or negative balance and requesting payment. I think it's only a matter of time before SADA alter the T&Cs or pull the plug entirely.
I've only done 6 c&c/hd shops and out of those 3 were glitchy ones. I then used the APGs to get 'normal' shopping, my reasoning is that I don't want to lose the APG so buy things I need/use.
I was speaking to DS about this and he commented that it was better to get the instore ones because then they couldn't really take them off you so might just stick with them in future and only do the rare c&c/hd glitch.
That's my line anywaySPC #329 £471/£500 banked
