Sounds fabulous to me! Ha ha. My DS was a huge Donald fan when he was little. That's why I choose this username.;)0 -
It matters to children walking safely home from school.
Trouble is that there's only so many light hours in mid winter and kids will be walking one way to/from school in twilight/dark. I wouldn't have a problem with not returning to GMT this October; as long as the clocks didn't change again next March.
Heart attacks and suicide rates rise after the spring clock change, as do road accidents. Personally, I feel tired and groggy, jet lagged if you will, for at least a week and there's no point of an extra hour of light in the evening if you can't enjoy it.

Got to start thinking about getting sorted for the rest of the day, hope you all have a great Sunday.
Sounds like my OH he done exactly the same- he got me up an hour early for my c+c:(
In the normal way I wouldn't have minded but we were away for the weekend visiting DS and had a lovely meal at Park Lane Hilton (for our anniversary meal) last night and the 'A' we were going to was only 5mins away- (even though we live 2 1/2 hours away from London) and it had been wet so no chance of wombles:(0 -

Went to pick up my C&C for the conditioners, and the store had misplaced my order, which is now picked in store, as well as all the other C&C orders. Consensus is that the HD driver has taken the C&C orders when he picked up the HD orders.
Anyway, no problem, one of the SAs went round and re-picked the items for me. And I got given a £5 gift card as I waited around for almost an hour whilst they tried to figure out where my order was and then the time it took to re-pick it. Fortunately it was only conditioners and fillers.
However, on the down side, they didn't have any of the papaya flavour in stock, so subbed it. I got given 5 x 400ml bottles in another flavour and 8 x 200ml bottles, also in another flavour. I was charged £1.50 for each of the 200ml bottles, so it works out that I was charged £6 for 800ml instead of the £4 it would have cost for the multi buy ones.
Given the mess they already made of my order I took everything. I will be taking 1 x 400ml back as obviously the uneven number of 400mls stopped the multi kicking in, and I will also be returning the 8 x 200mls as they cost more than 4 x 400mls would have.
And I will be having words because my understanding is that I should not be charged more for subs than the original item would have cost. By charging me £6 for 800ml (4 x 200ml) they have most certainly charged me more than the £4 I was expecting to pay for 800ml (2 x 400ml). Hopefully the end result is that I get to keep the conditioners and get refunded for the overcharge, otherwise they can have the 200ml conditioners and the one 400ml which ruined the multibuy back.Smiles are as perfect a gift as hugs...
