Not sure if this is the right place, can anyone tell me what the last day for groceries delivery is for Xmas, I see their is Wed 19th available just now, are they delivering the Thursday and the Friday as well? Can't seem to find this info on the Tesco.com site.

    Thanks in anticipation.

Edited: I found it by googling, Doh! Heres the link if anyone else needs to know last delivery dates etc.http://www.tesco.com/christmas/countdown/

The Tesco delivery slots are always available three weeks ahead, so from tomorrow you can order for deliveries on the 20th, from Saturday for deliveries on the 21st, Sunday for deliveries on the 22nd and Monday for deliveries on the 23rd. The last date for deliveries before Christmas is the 23rd.

Just went to order some Lambrini fron the wine club i know its not fantastic but it makes a good spritzer and cannot find it on their site even when i went through my past orders i guess they don't make enough profit on it when people use the wine codes so they have removed it.

Hello all - great thread, been reading avidly for ages now!
I'd like to ask if anyone else out there has experienced the same problems as I am having with my Clubcard balance online?

I have one online account (we NEVER go to the store). The account was originally in my partners name therefore when I applied for a Tesco Clubcard Credit Card, we asked if my details could be added to our "original" clubcard. I was told this was done.

SO - I set about collecting my Tesco Clubcard Points as usual (having received my mailing for November). One night my balance was £40 odd pound - the day after they changed my details my balance was £5!!!! I have spoken extensively to Clubcard who assure me that THEY can see my points balance (which is now £50 odd) but, when I check out my account online all I can see is £5 odd.

This has been dragging on for ages now and I really must say that the customer service at Clubcard that I have experienced hasnt been that good. If I wasnt saving for something specific I would have changed my supermarket by now as a result really.

One further warning - if you use the Tesco Clubcard Credit Card for tesco purchases you are supposed to receive 5 points for every £4 spent BUT I wasnt! I was receiving the usual amount of points as if they were Non-tesco purchases (which, I think is 1 point per £1).

I really am quite disappointed with this and the service I received - anyone else had similar problems? I am now dealing with a lovely lady who is helping me, but this is only after speaking to about 4 different people, being cut-off, being promised a call back and never receiving one etc... Fingers crossed my points materialise again soon.......

Steff I have a tesco clubcard and my husband has a clubcard credit card which we asked to be joined to my clubcard. They are joined in some ways (ie can use coupons sent to us on either card) but we do have two balances and 2 lots of vouchers and coupons etc. It actually works out better that way in the end so I'm happy it is that way now I have sussed it out although it was confusing to start with.

I bet that is why you are getting the two balances too and so you can actually add the 2 figures together to get you current clubcard total.:T

If you don't work it out before hand when you get all you lovely vouchers and coupons you will.

    Hi Shop to Drop,
Thanks for your reply. I had hoped that it would be that simple too, BUT, unfortunately, this is not the case. When I put my credit card clubcard number in I see the points for our "original" clubcard too! As I said, they can see our points, but we cant see them online (there is a HUGE difference between £50 plus and £5 odd). Even the Clubcard Supervisor who I eventually spoke to says its rather confusing and have referred it to their technical department.... Glad that its all working out for you - keep your fingers crossed that it works out for us ;)
I just wondered if anyone else had experienced anything like this before....

  • Hi
Wondering if anybody has any codes for grocery preferably for money off that will allow delivery on 20th Dec?

I need to book my delivery now and I think I cant add a code after I have already checked out, so wondering if there are any codes that expire on this date or after?

    Thanks :)
