Is it me or is it getting tougher to find voucher codes - there was a period of time I could find £10 off £50 shops but no longer.

Thanks all who post the codes though - its become a religion to me to save money - the church of MSE!!!

I thought I had got my head round this coupon/CC lark but have been totally confounded this week and would really appreciate some sound advice.

I have CC account in my name and a virtual in my sons name. 6 months ago I applied for one for OH too but heard nothing, then last week a statement turned up for him!! What's that all about? Never got the cards so don't know how to deal with that yet.

I am trying to collect points and I mainly do wine shopping online and grocery instore, but all the coupons that turned up are for instore. Can I use all of them on my CC even if the name on them is OH or son's? Wanted to keep son's account virtual. With OH should I ask CS to send me a card for him? It's all finally getting to me and I'm starting to dream in 'tesco'...

Also seems there are loads of 1000pts out there for wine at the mo :j :j , which is good for me except OH won't let me buy any more. :eek: Most seem to expire end dec, do the points get added if you place order by expiry date or must you receive order by expiry date?

Can any of you super wise peeps give me advice? Thanks a lot

Anybody have any discount code for buying electrical item from Tesco Direct. Item is freeview recorder at £79.97. Will the "grocery" codes work?

Hi Everyone,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I know a lot of people on here order their groceries from Tesco online. Basically I ordered groceries on Tues to be delivered on Wed - it was meant to arrive between 1pm and 3pm on Wed but just after 1pm I got a phone call saying there had been a systems failure and my order had to be cancelled :mad: They just told me I'd have to put it through again to get delivered another day which was highly inconvenient as I was left with no supplies at all and wasn't really well enough to go out. I put the order through again but couldn't get a delivery slot until Fri afternoon and couldn't use my code for extra points since my account was saying it had already been used on a previous "delivered" order! I managed to find a £12 off code to use instead though.

I've now finally got the groceries but they charged me the £6.25 delivery charge which I thought was a cheek! I phoned them up to complain and they've offered to refund the delivery charge but I think they should have offered a little extra so I was just wondering if this had happened to anyone else before and if they were offered any compensation? I wasn't looking for anything huge but a gesture of £5 or £10 off considering would have been fair.

I've just ordered using the above code and it has deducted £15 but it show this in the order

£15 Off £50 Spend November Wine Club

Has anyone used this without spending £50 and had their delivery?
