  • Hi, I have just used a 1000pts code on wine XX-G39S It worked.....:j

After convincing myself it is a very Good Deal ....

Bought 2 Boxes 12 bottles in total worked out at half price £26 Per Box Total £52 + £5.00 delivery W
    Would have been £104 Saved £52 ....
with 1000pts will get £40 back in november in clubcard deals
so 12 bottles cost me £17.
works out £1.42 Per bottle.... :rotfl:

Bargain for christmas presents gonna hide some in the loft next to the decorations so i don't forget about them.....
So... For an investment now of £40 I've paid £17 For 12 bottles of good wine from tesco.

Hope this helps anyone get a good bargain and get organised for christmas.

Think you're meant to check goods when delivery man still there and send anything you didn't request or are damaged etc back with him, but no harm in contacting tesco if you spot something after he's gone. Nothing ventured nothing gained.

hi, i work for tesco on the customer service desk (used to be a manager). you can return any item perishable or non-perishable as long as it falls in line with the company policy ie. within 28 days within receipt/delivery note.
different policy applies to electrical items.

Because of the H&B and sterilsers and various other codes I have 15000 points this quarter on the one card and about 5000 on my 2 virtual accounts. The problem is I also have about 2000 on a temporary card but worried about ringing up to add them on my proper one in case they query the amount and also want to combine all my accounts! Am I able to go into one of my clubcard accounts and change the clubcard number to the one on my virtual card? Very worried about losing any as I'm trying so hard to save for next years holiday!!

dont worry about them querying the amounts on your card. they dont. as for changing your clubcard account numbers you cant. you can link them up though so all your points will be pooled together for holiday. just ring freephone number on the back of your clubcard. have all your clubcard numbers handy when calling.

  • On my receipt for my grocery delivery this morning was stamped 'security checked', just like a little hand held ink stamper had done it. What's that all about? Is it a new thing, has anyone else seen it on their delivery? It was from Alfreton in Derbyshire where my deliveries always come from. Are they trying to clamp down on something?

    Don't Panic

It means that someone else has also checked the shopping

So the picker picks all the shopping and then someone else double checks it all, this stops things going missing and people claiming they never got something. This does not mean its aimed @ you

I had used the 1000 pts. voucher with success, at least I thought so  The points had been added to my total on the delivery sheet (this has been a couple of weeks ago) and also show up on the till receipts in store.

Today though, I received my clubcard mailing and they were no where to be found! The mailing states that these are my points up until the 29th of July so they should have been included . . . does it ever take this long, or should I get in touch with customer services?

    What date was the shopping?

Does your balance online show the points?
