I'm grateful for the codes others have posted and I've been able to use, but wonder what codes are for use by anyone? I sometimes get vouchers in the post for use online - should I post these codes or do they just apply to the recipient?

Yesterday in Tesco at the till I received a printed out (along with my receipt) voucher for double points at Tesco Direct which it says can be used either in store or online, one "eCoupon" per transaction. Would this be one to post?

Thanks for your help, I just don't want to clutter up the other code board with a bunch of totally useless codes!

I had a wine delivery this morning and the £15 voucher was rejected despite being accepted on the internet. I phoned customer services and they are processing a refund today. Just as well, as otherwise I would have been sending the wine back.
  • I did my first internet shop last week & I used the code to get 1000 extra points, these show as well as my shopping on the delivery form, however they have not updated on my cc a/c, does it normally take this long when you use the internet?

Wonder if there was a glitch on the system. My delivery yesterday arrived and the invoice stated had not been able to allow free delivery and had not been credited my 1000 extra points. Phoned up customer services who couldn't understand why that had happened and said they would refund the £5 and manually credit points.

Points usually take 48hrs to be added on however at this time of the quarter they can take longet as its the end of one quarter and the start of a new.

    Hope that helps

  • I just got my shopping but trusting as I am didnt scan the receipt with a fine toothed come before accepting my shopping. Anyway they didnt take the £8 for spending £80 that was taken off at checkout.

I emailed them and I just got this crap:

Please accept my apologies for the confusion caused. However, I have
checked and can confirm that the voucher has not been accepted on the
recent grocery order. I can understand that this is disappointing.
However, if your voucher is still valid you can use it on your next order. If
not, I'm sure you will be able to benefit from one of our future
    promotions.

I will not be shopping from these a-holes Tesco any longer.

If you only have the one CC account I would email them back and ask for the £8 to be refunded.

Just signed up to tesco direct to purchase a bike, but none of the voucher codes work, they say i do not qualify and i think it might be down to my club card account, because in there it says it is in the process of being registered.

am i right in thinking that vouchers or codes wont work until the club card has registered?

any idea how long that takes?

    thanks guys

I doubt it will have anything to do with your clubcard I just suspect that the available codes are all targeted. With regards to your new CC your allocated a card number straight away but you cant see any points balance for a few days.
