I have been trying for over an hour to get any of the codes on the non chat thread to work for me but im having no luck..

i've upped my order to over £50 and tried the points and money off..

Last order i got the £8 on an 80 to work then when it was delivered they'd refused it as my final order was under with bogof's... do you think they are on to me??

boohoo, really dont want to order without any extra points/vouchers..

Is it just me?

I doubt there on to you at all, the £8 off £80 spend was declined alot and not just a select few.

Its up to the store if they award you with your points if you go under the amount required for extra points ie spend 50 and get 500 points.

I am like you I hate placing an order without codes but once in a while you have too

*New codes should/will be out when the mailing start to get delivered this week.

yay - i just got one to work from the thread and it was a first shop one heres hoping it goes through ok. I feel better now, haha!

Because of the H&B and sterilsers and various other codes I have 15000 points this quarter on the one card and about 5000 on my 2 virtual accounts. The problem is I also have about 2000 on a temporary card but worried about ringing up to add them on my proper one in case they query the amount and also want to combine all my accounts! Am I able to go into one of my clubcard accounts and change the clubcard number to the one on my virtual card? Very worried about losing any as I'm trying so hard to save for next years holiday!!

I recently used a code to get 1000 points extra when I spent £50 on wine... This got delivered and the points were on the delivery receipt (02/08) - however they no longer show up on my clubcard account... I have emailed CS to find out what's happening - could they have removed the points since?

Could this have something to do with my August statement being prepared, and the points showing being only the ones applicable to my August mailing? The clubcard site does say I have x number of points which will be awarded in my August mailing? If this is the case, would the 1000 points appear again once the total has been zeroed?

Any info much appreciated!

They started arriving yesterday, many have received theirs myself included and a couple of work colleagues. So any day now.
