Tesco voucher DISCUSSION ONLY new thread

Hi, can anyone help or advise, did my first Online tesco order on fri, got my stuff on Sunday 14th Oct all okay,
The question is when i placed the order £2 was taken straight away, out of my account (guess this is an authorization amount).... Just been looking at my account today now the full amount for £11.45 has been taken, but the £2 is also taken. Thus paying £13.45.... I know its only £2 but as they say every little Helps!!!!! SO please put my mind a rest... Do they refund you this???? or should have this come off the £11.45????????????????

I have a wine order that should have come between 6-8. I have checked my account and it says that it has not been dispatched?!?!? What should I do? Do tesco offer anything for missing a delivery slot?

The £2 is a test transaction to make sure the card is valid. They do this before picking the goods. Even though it appears on your statement, the request for the £2 is not submitted, unlike the £11.45 it will vanish after a few days. This information came straight from Tesco Customer Services, and I see it on every order. So don't worry, it will soon go.

My daughter and I had wine club mailings this morning but the only voucher was a £5 off an order one. Is that IT??? :eek:

All gone i am afraid ran out 7th october the 1000 points for groceries. Should get some more next month in new quarter (i hope!)
