You should motion the missing item as even though it is only £4. £4 is £4. You paid for it so you should get it. Im sure they will sort it all out for you and try not to worry. If you feel you would rather email them then you should. I have never had any trouble with cs on the phone. You could always get your oh to call them later maybe?
Make sure you say about not getting your parcel. Im sure they will be fine about it and arrange for it to be resent out. I sometime email and always say about the inconvenience caused and always get some points put on my card.

Hi, sounds like you are quite stressed about this, don't worry Boots CS is normally very helpful. I had an item missing from a delivery and they just sent another one out no question. Also I had a parcel go missing some time ago, they were very helpful and said they would reship the order.

Hi, my mum went to Boots this morning and was told that the red sticker price is now the right price its not half price again, when she pointed out that they still had signs up saying half stickered price they started to take them down. Anyone else been told that its changed. She's phoning CS to find out whats going on and I'll update when she lets me know.0

thanks im not usually this soft - im probably just stressed and hormonal at the moment.
hubby doesnt like phoning companies unless he really has to so he would probably only email them himself anyway.
if you think emailing them would be ok i think i will probably do that.

right - i decided to stop acting so pathetic
and opted to phone them instead of emailing them (i must have been feeling particuarly brave). they have said that because of the value they cannot send another parcel out until they have investigated further but they have apologised for this. the doorstop has been refunded as there is none left (which is a big dissapointment as it was for my nephew and it had 75% off). the guy i spoke to said he would also credit my advantage card with 500 points to apologise for any inconvenience which was nice.
I am happy enough with the outcome but there was a few last minute things for baby in that 1st parcel which i will now have to do without for a while (not anything i NEEDED as such - but things i WANTED nonetheless).

Got a Leapster for £10 today, the box said £15. Earlier on in the week it was marked up as £20, so very pleased with my bargain
- just in time for my sons Birthday next month - just need to find some cheap games :rolleyes:
