    Hi bezzy,

Now's the time to buy Pranksters book (if you haven't already) and also download the free accompanying legal arguments to use.

Also lots of other resources that will be helpful on Parking Pranksters
web site and useful info in post #5 in the sticky thread "**NEWBIES!!......"

You can also use the Search the Forum function to find cases posted by others who have won against PE.

Now is also the time to be banging hard on Morrisons door - not just on facebook but a strongly worded complaint letter to CEO demanding they get PE to cancel the charge - see post #6 of NEWBIES for examples of complaints and contact info

Even if PE won't it will be helpful to your case to be able to show that Morrisons have instructed their agent to do so.

EDIT: Apols for x-over Ampersand - hadn't seen your response as was drafting and got sidetracked by phone

You might interest a no win no fee company if you are prepared to keep the ball in play.

Did PE act in any way in an underhand manner? Should they have acted differently? Did the DVLA act in a timely way, did you? Was your credit gold plated before this judgement? Has it cost you a mortgage offer, if so read up on "loss of bargain". Could it have affected your business if you are self-employed?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
