Is this for the set aside hearing, and have you read the Prankster's books? You will need to explain why you never responded to the papers in the first place, and persuade the court that you have a reasonable chance of success should the judgment be set aside and the case heard again. You don't need to win your case at the set-aside hearing, but you do need to convince the judge that you have realistic prospect of mounting a successful defence.

However, you need to be aware that the ParkingEye vs. Beavis test case is now being appealed to the Supreme Court. ParkingEye's legal representative will dishonestly withhold this information from the court, so you need to tell the court about it loud and clear, and ask for your case to be stayed pending Beavis, once the judgment has been set aside. Also aim your guns at Morrisons, let them know how much they have put you out of pocket as a result of their agents actions.
Kick up a fuss, go to the store with an itemised Bill tell the cs desk you want them to pay, speak to the manager, you will probably have no success with that but it may help you make your point. From the Plain Language Commission:

Yes it is for the set aside hearing. I haven't read his book yet but have been looking at a lot of the case reviews on his site.
I have received today a big pile of papers that parking eye have sent to the court to justify their reasons for the charge and why it should stand. I'm doubting whether I can compete. Should I get legal advice?0 -
What have morrisons said about this?
have you met the manager, talked to someone?
Have you informed them that you are holding Morrisons responsible for this - as parking eye are on Morrisons land and acting for and on behalf of Morrisons?
Have you posted anything to morrisons social media sites such as facebook here: https://www.facebook.com/Morrisons
Have you contacted your local paper/media about Morrisons lack of due diligence, and neglect in their duty of care to the public in allowing a predatory company such as parking eye to operate on their land? From the Plain Language Commission:

As I have a CCJ, will any of the above help in removing it? Or would it be purely to embarrass Morrisons. Do you think the manager would stand up in court in support of my defence?0 -

Of course you should, And do not try to save money, get a reputable company. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
If you just ignored the court papers getting a set aside may be difficult.
however if you didnt receive them due to a house move/change of address or you were out of the country for an extended period then you may be able to get somewhere.
While you should be looking at getting a set aside, you should also be looking at Morrisons to foot the bill for your costs/expenses and making sure that you open communication with Morrisons as soon as possibleFrom the Plain Language Commission:

I didn't ignore them. I moved house and set up a Royal Mail redirection, but I did not receive any of their letters. How can I prove that I didn't receive them?
I find it incredible that the law states that all mail sent is presumed received unless otherwise proven. Is it unreasonable to expect important documents to be sent via signed for delivery methods?0 -
I have now put a comment on Morrisons Facebook page! I invite you all to back up my argument please. I have a couple of replies already but not from Morrisons.0
