Went to the ico was told if sainsbury removes it when I complain they have follow the correct procedures and have delt with the complaint satisfactory so so nothing for them to look at .i am sick of this why can it not be made to go for ever

This months 28/02/2015 all been about that date each month 26 to 30th,just one df update .I complain they remove it so there's only one months history re spoke to ico they said send details to them again of all the times it happend last time they looked at it said sainsbury acted correctly by removing it did not expect to have to do it every month. There is still an outstanding balance on it0

Very put off going to FOS after priovouis experance with them but on 3 occasions sainsbury have giving me 150 pound with a final response that it's computer error because of out standing balance and the account not being closed and promise that it will not happen next month just want it gone for ever0 -

FOS experiences vary wildly for me. Give it a go, it can't hurt

Experin told me a default is closing the account ,sainsbury says it open all the time there is a balance on it0

Default is
The account is in default. You failed to keep to your credit agreement and have not responded satisfactorily to requests to put your account in order, so the credit agreement has ended.
Not open in the sense that the original agreement is running.
Not closed in the sense that it's all paid off and ended.
They shoudl not be changing the original default date though.Still rolling rolling rolling......

But after 6 years they should not be reported to cra?0 -
They should be reported with the original default date meaning the CRA just wont show them on your report. Sainsbury is breaking the rule by changing the original date so they keep showing.Still rolling rolling rolling......

sounds like its on their monthly feed tapeDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
