Have a read of the first post, you'll find tons of links to sites that can help, plus a list complied by the other smoking quitters of the good things about quitting smoking. Plus if you are thinking you are about to cave in definately watch the video in the Max Kirsten link, not for the faint hearted or for those eating breakfast/lunch or dinner, but definately gets the health risks over to you!!

Good luck again, please come over and join us :D

Well my last ciggie was 11pm last night. I've gone on the inhalators and you can have up to 12 nicotine cartridges per day. I'm still on my first! I've had a couple of puffs every hour or so and it really helps.

Hubby went off to the pub and gave me a kiss and he stunk!!! LOL. He starts next Monday so we will officially be a smoke free house! YAY!
  • well done! :)
if you look at today as being the hardest and all the following days will be progressively easier, then it will be a piece of p!ss!

Good luck Peardrops! Its a great decision to become smoke-free! :T

I smoked my last ciggie many years ago; I had been smoking 30 a day, which was crippling my finances and my health; I had hypnotherapy and it was a doddle. My only regret is that I didnt actully put the money that I saved away in a pot somewhere - would have been great to have a little nest egg!
... don't throw the string away. You always need string! :D
