What's on telly now......"put de chicky in de paint poot and om desh de bkrk!" Hmm, Paint Along With Swedish Chef, don't fancy that......what's on this channel, Interpol News flash about demented lunatic hammering on the door of Gstaad jail demanding to be let in, hmm, nowt so queer as folk, they say......Ah, a Cooking for Easter programme.....chocolate cakes, nice, but...Igor, what are those rabbits sitting on the stove top looking rather angry?

Oh, hot cross bunnies.......anyway, enough telly for now, pour us one of your pilchard margheritas and chuck this little old NSD that I happened to acquire into the Cauldron of Doom....

    Yes, NSD number 1 today!!

Work yesterday, work today and work tomorrow....Well, if it were done, when it is done, then 'twere well it were done quickly.....Then I shall be off for nine days!!!!!

Now for some well-earned sleep, perchance to dream.....

Popping in with NSDs 1 and 2/20 for today and yesterday! Hubby kindly bought me wine and chocolate after a grumpy day at work!!

Happy pretend Friday all you lovely folk who get the bank holidays off!!

    Jodles :D

    How nice of hubby.

I'm sorry for being insensitive to any of you who have to work at Easter.Having done shifts for over 25 years,I have worked my share of Easter,Christmas etc.,so can empathise.Surely you'll get two extra days off at some point for working on two bank holidays? Not the case,I know,if you're self employed etc.

    Well done to:

    Knit Witch
    Nargleblast
    Maybe_its_because
    Munchin
    cw18
    and donna dynamo
    who have snared #1! :money:

    Well done too to:
    fedupandskint
    jodles16

    and Gem-gem
who have impressively captured #2!

The cauldron is bubbling away nicely. :T
Igor was up til all hours scrubbing it out to make it gleam, and cheffie has done a fabulous paint job on it with his new toy (a giant caterpult - be warned!)
Noxious fumes have started billowing out,oh no.Cheffie, you were supposed just to paint the outside!Silly Swede, honestly.
Cheffie has decided to make a Mexican chicky chicky chocolate dish for lunch tomorrow. You will all be relieved to hear that all the real rabbits are back in the garden chomping away on the overgrown lawn, and Cheffie has lined up a dozen or so chocolate bunnies, which will be humanely pulverised tomorrow with his new toy and added to the stew.

    Happy Good Friday!

I had my NSD #1 on Wednesday. :)
Yesterday wasn't a NSD because I bought some Easter chocs. And today I need to buy some groceries. Hope to have another one tomorrow though, as I'm planning to stay in.

Hi everyone. Hope you are all well :)
Back from MILs as she is now in hospital. Doc says she will be fine but she has a sore on her leg which isn't healing properly and as she is diabetic they have put her on an antibiotic drip to try and clear it up. On the up side it means I have 2 NSDs to report, the 1st and today. Yesterday I bought myself a steamer for the floors etc and spent 3 hours in the bathroom steaming everything to within an inch of it's life. :D Forsooth I am totally knackered but declare "all's well that ends well" See what I did there with the Shakespeare :D
