Now come on, Igor, be nice. Poor old scotsmum would really love one of your famous knee massages, her knees are red raw.

Whaddya mean, you are out of attar of roses and patchouli oil? Ask Chef if he has anything you can substitute....what's that, Chef, half a bucket of rancid chip fat? Ok, that's near enough....scotsmum, get yer knees out!

    That's a 3 in a row target met too :j

You lot kept me away from eating lunch out today. It was work colleagues vs MSE pals. You won. And for that I thank you :A

How's the prep for tomorrow's Shakespeare birthday bash going? Is Cheffie behaving himself? What do you mean, you didn't know?I distinctly recall asking Hubert to pass on the message that you were Head Birthday Bash Meal Supervisor ...

Wait til I get my hands on him.
Chef has been at the cooking aquavit again? :(
So,the proposed menu for tomorrow's birthday shindig is smashed eggs and pilchard vindaloo curry with a courgette and fennel jus on a bed of mad ferrets.(Don't worry scotmum, they're not real ferrets :)).
Am I to believe that given the bonkers menu for tomorrow means that Cheffie's mad old Uncle Olaf is filling in for the temporarily unavailable sexy knee obsessed Cheffie and Igor?
    The mind doth indeed boggle.

Aphidgirl looking good with #6 in the bag! :money:

    slowlyfading #15 -yay!

    kathy40uk bombing ahead,super! :D
    A figure of speech Igor.Honestly.

I'm going to try and organize a cake for tomorrow,so at least something will be edible, she said modestly.

The Mater and Pater have just arrived today for a few day's visit,so I might not be around as much as I would like, but I will pop in when I can.

The upside means that I will unfortunately have to skip tomorrow's birthday meal. All the more for my fellow nsdsers. :rotfl::rotfl:

    Sweet dreams!

And don't forget that famous Shakespearian rock group, The Manic Madrigals, are booked for music and dancing....what's that, Igor? They just phoned to say they can't make it??? Odd' s bodkins! Yegads and forsooth the scurvy knaves and varlets, every one of them! What will we do now, the party is tomorrow!!!!

What's that, Igor? You have found a replacement band? They do electric synchro-rock madrigal with a country and western twist? They also, at no extra charge, do a cabaret act at half time, involving dressing up in black leather basques and fishnet stockings and stiletto shoes?? Don't sound very Elizabethan, but we have no choice at such short notice...what are they called?

Ye Goodly Olde Laddes......Now why do I get a sinking feeling??

Nice cake, marmite, but you've given Cheffie a big headache. He is trying to work out how to fit 451 candles on it.
