marmite - Igor has always said his neighbour's auntie was well preserved for her age, now I understand it was because she had her own personal taxidermist - how the other half live, hey?
May theme - whatever is decided, we must of course observe the traditional dancing round the maypole thing. Hubert has his frock ready. Rumour has it Chef and Igor are holding an election to sort out who is in charge of the Ennessdee Towers kitchen - both have started canvassing for votes already, but I told them we have Shakespeare's birthday bash tomorrow (got your bald head wig and tights yet?), the production of a Midsummer Night's Dream, (Igor desperately wants a part, he keeps trying to show me his Bottom), then of course the preparations are under way for the Sexy Knees contest ( never seen so many Brillo pads and buckets of fake tan !)....Oh what a busy life we lead at Ennessdee Towers.....One life - your life - live it!0 -
Ah,the Maypole.Interesting.
Are pink ribbons involved?Hubert is already giggling and slobbering away like the big, giggly and slobbery donkey that he is.
Does the Maypole have anything to do with Morris dancing?I'm sorry if that sounds ignorant, but Igor has already perked up,as he's urgently semaphoring across the breakfast table that he believes that a Morris dancer's outfit would allow him to display those sexy knees of his again, though I believe he's hoping to wear his lederhosen, and just accessorise.Antique lederhosen,to be precise, that have doth belonged to said auntie in centuries gone past. Also,Igor's middle name is Morris,so there's a personal connection. Not many people know that.
Now,Swedish Chef,I've got a bone to pick with you...oops,I might regret saying that.
When I said last night that we needed to use up last year's yummy pilchard margarita curry (the drains are blocked again and we need all the chamber pots to hand),I didn't mean for our visiting Shakespearian luvvie Jackson Hedley to be pelted with it during his moving Bardian One Man Show. And since when does a grown man use a catapult? What do you mean that your beloved boom-boom is in the shop?I've already had Jackson's agent on the phone, and Jackson is suing us for all the money we've got. So,about £1.17 then.
No summer holiday this year then.'sigh'
kathy40uk are you sure you need all those Brillo pads?I would try and leave some skin on you know.Your knees will thank you one day.... :eek:0 -
