I must say I'm quite flummoxed about how street prostitution is considered "Buying, Renting or Selling Houses"?
Maybe you should encourage them to get off the streets, into a property and then start a valid "My neighbours are toms, how will this affect my house value" thread?0 -

Perhaps OP misread it as "Buying, Renting or Selling Asses"."Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance" - Confucius0 -
"My neighbours are toms, how will this affect my house value" thread?
Happened to somewhere a friend of mine rented. He wondered why the people upstairs got so many visitors, until he found a flyer for one of them in a public phone box! (back in the days when we had public phone boxes!)0 -
For Christ's sake just phone the police about it every time a prostitute is there. Phone enough and you'll have a PCSO up and down your street every 10 minutes.
If you don't want them coming to your address just tell them that explicitly on the phone and they won't come. Problem solved.
I should also add that for obvious reasons informant's names are incredibly closely guarded.
Unfortunately they don't always get this right. My neighbour phoned the Police when yobs were hanging around her house late one night. They said they'd come by in their car, she asked them not to call at her house, but they did, for more information!Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0 -
There was a sudden rise in prostitution in and around a local park near to where I live. There were several bus stops outside the park and female residents were complaining that they were being hassled by kerb-crawlers when they were waiting for, or getting off of a bus after dark.
The local paper got involved and eventually the police organised a "round-up" of the offenders. The paper printed a long list of names of the men who were charged and convicted.
That sorted out the problem!"I may be many things but not being indiscreet isn't one of them"0 -

Hence my stressing "explicitly". The coppers turning up can only go on what the operator has passed on.0
