OK, I have anonymised the appeal and uploaded to the POPLA site.
Fingers crossed.0 -
Email received back from POPLA advising that the case will be considered sometime in the middle of May (!).
Do they normally take this long or are they waiting for the results of the Beavis case?0 -
I have read somewhere on here and Pranksters blog that all PE POPLA cases have been put on hold pending the Beavis case.0

The last Epitaph of POPLA and its kangaroo court system .
Lady's and Gentlemen, the POPLA Time machine ...
To retrospective apply law decided some time in the future to parking charges obtained in the past.
Just how they think this is legal I would like them to explain, they should refuse PE orders and hear appeals now based upon the law at the time of the invoice.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
Anything that can be done? Write to POPLA and ask why the case will take over a month to hear?0

I wouldn't use the word "industry" to describe the private parking set-up. A proper industry makes things that are useful. PPCs don't make anything useful at all. They are just leeches. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
An update on this one....POPLA still have not heard this appeal.
