PCN - No response to parking appeal

a nice letter/email to the DVLA/BPA then
was there any sort of auto response or conformation after sending your email?0 -
Nope nothing the letter today was the only response I have seen0

and when you complain to the BPA that there web appeal has not worked , you will receive the following reply from the BPA
"It is not within the remit of the BPA as a membership association, to monitor private parking operator’s websites and the information provided on these. The code has no provision for the matter of email addresses. We have investigated the points originally raised and concluded our investigation with no breach of a point raised in the BPA AOS Code of Practice was found.0
