Hey so I didn't get any response to my e-mail until today saying that I am charged £75 as I did not appeal or pay my fine I was wondering what the next stage is?

OP doesn't say the PPC said it was received late, they claim an appeal wasn't received.

ok , complaint to the DVLA/BPA etc

I am sure someone else can add the correct contact details ,

but as it stands they are in the doggy po , sit back (after typing a couple of letters)

however I expect the next letter you receive will be from the likes of DR+/PCS , with a very inflated price on it.

hang on , I'm getting confused.

please put those in the right order

    ( ): ticket on car
( ): you appealed by email
( ): you received email today saying you are late
( ): letter in the post

please also tell us the EXACT date of the offence?

    Sorry for the confusion

    1. Ticker on car 8/3/2015
    2. Appealed by E-mail on the day of offence
    3. Letter in post with a £75 charge due to not paying on time 11/05/2015
