Natwest mortgage via broker

Yes, ours was delayed by about a week with requests for further payslips and an explanation over salary package. It took about three days for them to acknowledge receipt from our broker, then a further two days (all working days) to do whatever it was they did with them before approving us. Then the valuation was instructed, which we will hopefully hear back about tomorrow.0

Playitsam, am surprised that you have already paid valuation fee.
I applied via my brooker last week Monday 23/03/15 and my brooker said the valuation is not required until your application is "agreed subject to valuation.
Wednesday 25/03/15 my documents (3months pay slip, 3 months bank statements, p60) were sent to Natwest. Only heard back today 01/04/15 requesting evidence of my deposit.0 -
I know me too vok, still havent heard anything back since sending yesterday.
I've already provided evidence of deposit, 3 months payslips, credit score & file and now my annual bonus and student loan amount.
Our broker has also instructed the solicitor to start doing searches etc and we signed the solicitors documents yesterday and returned.
Maybe i'm just worrying over nothing with being a first time buyer but our broker seems very relaxed and like its business as usual really0 -

so do you go to the back of the queue each time something changes? i.e. sent new documents requested yesterday so I shouldnt expect a response till tomorrow, potentially monday?0
-
Yep. Restart the queue each time you send something in. If you sent it yesterday, assuming it was forwarded immediately, then there should be news at some point on mondayI am a Mortgage Adviser
