My annual charge is set to increase by 30% this year and then the same it would seem for the next 2 years.
I agree with all of your comments and find they are a true account of AWA's actions.

Just received a letter from Anglian Water. The phase out period for Solow has been extended to March 2021.
"This means any change to your bill will now be smaller each year. On average, bills will increase by around £10 per year".
Thank you AW. Love every drop.0 -
Thanks Ken - great news!0

I still haven't received a copy of this letter.
I'm minded to contact Anglian to ensure that my phase out period is extended too.
I wonder if anyone could supply a redacted copy of the letter please?0 -
Not sure how to do that Very. Give me an hour or two.0

This seems to have passed me by. Just received my latest water bill and discovered the last two bills have included a service charge. I received no letter about the application of a service charge to my SoLow tarriff and feel angry at myself for not spotting the change and angry about the lack of notice. I use only 33m3 a year, but do not qualify for any benefits.Free thinker.:cool:0

Don't see, Mee, how you can prove you didn't receive notification.
Complain using the number I gave in post 119 and if they admit fault, you may be in line for compensation.0
