You clearly haven't got a clue about your committment when you sign a minimum term agreement then.
But, if you are so convinced that you'll never need to obtain any form of credit for the next 6 years, why bother posting in the first place? And how exactly have you been 'ripped off'? You're the one who broke the contract.

I signed a contract for 24 months which had passed when I attempted to contact them to let them know I wanted it ended, so yes I do have a clue about my "committment". As for why I posted, try actually reading the first post. I wasn't sure where I stood if it went to court now I have lost the evidence of my attempts to contact them.

So you don't even know what you signed?

You actually signed an open ended agreement with a 24 month minimum term, not a 24 month contract.

Your "evidence" wouldn't make a difference even if you had it. If it went to court, you'd lose hands down with or without it.

I'll explain 'minimum term contract' for you: you agreed to pay monthly for a minimum of 24 months, and thereafter the contract continues until such time as you give and serve 30 days notice. You've never done that, and so the contract continued, whether you paid monthly or not after that date.
'Attempting' to call them, whether once or a dozen times, does not constitute cancellation.

Yes I understand that, why did I not get billed for December January or February then suddenly get a bill for March though? Also why was it £37 when my contract was £21?

I have never once said I am in the right here. I know I needed to give them 30 day notice which is why I attempted to, it was the extremely rude phone call telling me I should be more patient after waiting a total of 90+ minutes when I was willing to agree to pay the last month that pushed me over the edge and made me decide to let them take me to court.

Oh I'm sorry mobilejunkie I hadn't read your post history, I didn't realise you was the troll of these forums. I shall ignore your posts from now on.

You give lessons in rudeness? No wonder education isn't what it was and the teacher in this case is heading down a blinkered path (though blind because they don't take note of clearly good advice - which they purported to seek in the first place).
