ok I had this problem when mine was upgraded , I found an answer that worked
Im using there combined modem / router the "super router 635"
in settings , go to internet/connection type , it will be set to auto , reset it to DSL and reboot , do a speed check then go back to auto
the modem does not pick up the new speed and needs "nudging"
you can all say its a load of bull , but just try it0
